In Italy, in the centre of the mediterrean sea,
in the south-west coast of Sardinia island,
there is a beautiful and little village called
`Teulada`. It is 3 Km near the most beautiful
and uncontamined beaches of Mediterranean
Sea, surrounded by the typical Mediterrean
landscapes. This place is famous not only for
its fantastic natural beauties (mountains and
beaches), but even for its history; built in
prehistory, in the nuragic period, has been
inhabited by Phoenicians and Romans. In the
XVII century, it was administered by the
Sanjust royal family, of Spanish origin. During
the second world war, was the scene of one
of the last naval battle of the Mediterrean, the
famous `Capo Teulada` war. There are three
little churches, the `Madonna del Carmelo`
Church and the `Sant`Isidoro` country church
both built in the first half of XVII century, the
`San Francesco` Church of the first half of the
XVIII century.
Teulada has its own typical cousine, based on
dishes of fish and meat (in particular wild
boars and mushrooms) and its inhabitants
(about 3500) are simple hospitable people
who love live in a simple way, far away from
the noise of the modern life. It is a true
paradise in earth.
Teulada is 60 Km far from Cagliari, the
principal Sardinian city, 20 Km from the
famous `Forte Village`, and 15 Km from Chia
beaches; the harbor is 3 Km far, and can
accommodate boats up to 16 meters of
length. It is served by bus and cars.
In this beautiful place, we sell a three levels
palace, located in the center of the village,
with the independent entry located in Via
Cavour n.1, known in the past as `s`arruga `e
is portalis`. It is exposed to the principal plaza
of the village, Piazza Martiri. It was built in the
`60 and lived by the Porcu and Pighini
families, known in the village because of their
appointment in public instructions as
professors of the local schools.

Description
The palace is covered by two colors mosaic
tiles. The stairs (wide 1,30 meters) and the
pavements of the first and second floor are
covered by various types of marbles mirror
polished. Every door of the house is made of
walnut wood. The entry is at the ground, and
the stairs bring directly to the first floor.
� First floor: it is composed by a big
kitchen with fireplace, pantry and direct
access to the outdoor terrace, with a beautiful
view of the center of the village; the terrace is
linked with a big cellar below, with a direct
entry to the opposite part of the palace, in Via
Mazzini (this cellar has been restored in
2008). There is a big lounge with a balcony
and a view of the Piazza Martiri, and a direct
link with a living-room and a bureau,. In this
floor there are two bathrooms.
� Second floor: it consists of a principle big
double room (20 m2) with a little balcony and
a with a view of the center of the village.
There are even three four bedrooms and a
bathroom.
� Third floor: it consists of a very big
terrace (44m2), linked with a attic composed
by three little rooms and one bathroom (the
height is between 2,30 and 1,40 meters).
The palace, althought it is in good conditions,
need to be restored. Immediately available. It
